At IVORY & EBONY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
